Error: FILESTREAM is Disabled when Restoring SharePoint Databases from SQL 2008 to SQL 2008 R2

I was migrating my SharePoint 2010 databases from a SQL 2008 SP2 server to a new SQL 2008 R2 Server by doing backups and restores.  I ran into an issue on a specific database that would not let me restore.  When attempting to restore I keep getting this error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: FILESTREAM feature is disabled. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

To enabled FILESTREAM on SQL 2008 Server R2.

1.  Open up SQL 2008 Server Studio Manager
2.  Open up a new Query
3.  Type:  EXEC sp_configure  filestream_access_level, 2
4.  Execute command
5.  Next type: RECONFIGURE
6.  Excecute command.

Now try to do a database restore, the database should restore with no problem.
